Our group has adopted a very ambitious managerial charter. It has been written by and for all our staff members. It reflects management’s true willingness to have its staff members share the same strong values and act accordingly on a daily basis. All the staff members have been specifically trained on this Charter.
Our employees’ professional fulfillment requires us to offer them a training policy that corresponds to our strategy to "be an ERP leader". Our annual training scheme is varied and comprehensive. It includes:
Our management teams are also regularly and progressively trained in the course of their career.
Prodware is modern in its approach in the means of access to training. In addition to face-to-face sessions, they frequently have access to e-learning and videoconference sessions. The HR department has also selected new IT management tools. We are currently notably virtualising our employee appraisal forms and our pay-slips and creating internal management workflows.
Prodware has not forgotten its premises, equipment and working conditions. The company pays particular attention to its staff members’ working conditions. Our numerous fitting outs and moves were specifically meant to promote our employees’ well-being. In Paris, for instance, we created relaxation areas and we fit our offices out to make them more spacious.
Communication, and especially internal communication, is a key notion. Our HR mornings (for managers), support sessions as well as “TV news” (for all staff members) illustrate the importance of communication within our group.
While performing these actions, Prodware deploys modern communication means such as videoconferencing tools in meeting rooms or the internal video tool (Lync).
Prodware takes the form of benefits that accrue to all employees and vary depending on subsidiaries.
